The Aircel Student Brand Ambassador is an activity wherein we aim to reach out to more than a lakh of college students over a month long campaign. The main objective of the activity would be to also build this as a community called “Student Ambassador” on the long run.
The activity is scheduled across Tamil Nadu, reaching out to Top 130 colleges in Tamil Nadu over a period of 4 weeks. The activity would involve our team coming to your college and testing the students on various skill sets like General Knowledge, Communication Skills, aptitude, attitude, Psychographics, Body Language and their willingness to learn more in life, beyond just being bookish. The Students at the Ground Level would be initially made to pass through a Group Discussion round. All students with strong viewpoints and strong communication skills would be then made to attend the Personal Interview Round. The Personal Interview Round will be conducted by key youth icons of the respective City and students passing through that would be shortlisted to a part of Student Ambassadors community. All participating students however must be a subscriber of Aircel Cellular Ltd.
500 to 600 students across all the colleges in Tamilnadu will be selected and titled as “Aircel Student Ambassador”. This community would be handled digitally through a Community through a top social Networking site. These Students will be rewarded with a lot of benefits and goodies from Aircel. The winners will be promoted through various mass media and the community would be managed and worked to give a new perspective to a Student’s life.
